Hello, I'm Andras Toth

I have been working as a .NET developer in an international, fully remote team maintaining and developing 50+ microservices (both legacy and new) handling customer data, built with REST APIs and distributed messaging using Kafka and RabbitMQ. I have also designed and implemented end-to-end integrations of third-party services, processing high volumes of incoming and outgoing data. Additional technologies: .NET 10, SQL Server, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, and Kibana.

I have been working as back-end (ASP.NET Core) and full-stack (Typescript/Javascript) engineer on several local and international projects. Other tech I have been using heavily inlcude Docker, Google Cloud (K8s), PostgreSQL.

I was an on-site consultant for Ericsson, developing tools for Ericsson engineers to help plan and configure new base stations.

Technology stack: ASP.NET MVC and Web API, Entity Framework, Javascript, TypeScript, Knockout.js, MsSql Server.

Participated in a RESTful API development (ASP.NET Web Api, Cassandra) for in-house storage solution (similar to Amazon S3). Also worked on the login service project (login and registration flows of the LogMeIn products) using ASP.NET, Javascript and Bootstrap. Implementing new features (ex: audit log), improving existing ones (site redesign, migrating to MVC, LastPass integration, etc).

Worked on several C#.NET projects for Siemens, mainly web applications using ASP.NET (Web Forms and MVC), but also developed a desktop application using Windows Presentation Foundation following MVVM pattern.

I also had an on-site assignment at evosoft GmbH, Nuremberg, Germany between July and December of 2012
